Fri Software Days is a technology event that is truly open to all: IT professionals (developers, administrators, IT security specialists and communication technology students), geeks, hackers, open-source developers as well as the general public with a particular focus on schoolchildren, apprentices, students, and their teachers. As well as getting young people interested in information and communication technologies generally, the organisers hope to bring Linux and the world of free and open-source software to a wider audience. The packed programme will include talks, demonstrations and a series of kids’ workshops (for the over-9s).
Talks and presentations aimed at professionals, amateur IT enthusiasts and members of the general public (kids and grown-ups alike)
A wide range of events, featuring some of the leading lights of the free software community
Workshops for all - from 4 to 104!
